Working along side of the GSU Management team, we completed a major overhaul to their exisiting website in 2008, resulting with an engaging website design that offerd easy to use navigation. Our latest update, late 2022, simplified the call to action experience with larger buttons for smaller devices. We replaced pdf forms with online forms containing upload document fields that were a requirement with service applications. The Customer Service staff loves the new streamlined process.
