As a consultant, Graphic Penguin worked closely with upper management to provide leadership and management for the packaging department, including project staffing, training and process improvement. Responsible for creating branding for Mickey, Pooh and Film packaging, marketing collateral and retail signage. The projects involved collaboration with core teams consisting of International partners, marketing, and character artist to develop detailed style guides for Disney licensees.
