$4.27 a T-Post, not counting clips... ACK

I refuse to believe that I am getting older, but after a bit of work on this new fence — pounding T-Posts into the ground — I ache all over. I was able to get the fence from Gaither, my father-in-law, but I had to buy the posts.

We hope this will keep Buck out, Ha Ha Ha, but at least remind him that this area is off limits. Down the road I will line the bottom with rabbit fence to keep out Mr. Bunny and the armadillos. So for the time being, we are only going to grow stuff rabbits do not like and keep the stuff they do in the greens garden.

Yesterday Tim and Brenda bounced up for a visit. We had decided that we needed to move the okra and a few other things to a new place, as we need to start rotating our vegetables. So… Tim brought his tractor with THE tiller implement. This is badass stuff. This would have taken me a week plus to do with a pick and shovel. I need to start saving so I can have one!

A new 20 X 60 space in front of the shop. Not looking forward to pounding in posts and the fence work that will be needed (Buck the silly horse comes to mind) but I imagine we will have an area to grow a few more things (our banana trees for example) where we do not have to worry about critters destroying our garden.
